Other symptoms associated with menopause or age-related hormone changes
These symptoms can have many possible causes. A medical evaluation can help determine whether hormonal changes may be contributing to how you feel.

Hormonal changes can become particularly noticeable during perimenopause and menopause. Declining or fluctuating hormone levels may contribute to symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep changes, vaginal symptoms, mood changes, and changes in sexual function.
For appropriate patients, hormone therapy may be considered as part of a comprehensive approach to managing menopause-related symptoms.
Your provider will discuss the available treatment options, potential benefits, risks, and alternatives so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Men also experience changes in hormone levels as they age. Low testosterone may be associated with symptoms such as reduced energy, decreased libido, changes in muscle mass, mood changes, and other concerns.
If you are experiencing symptoms that may be related to low testosterone, our providers can evaluate your symptoms and laboratory results and determine whether hormone therapy may be appropriate.
Treatment decisions are based on your individual health history and medical evaluation.

At Health Valley Medical, we offer personalized hormone evaluation and hormone therapy options, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using subcutaneous hormone pellets through the Biote® method.
Bioidentical hormones are designed to have the same molecular structure as hormones naturally produced by the body. Hormone therapy is individualized based on your symptoms, medical history, laboratory evaluation, and treatment goals.
Hormone therapy is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Before recommending therapy, our providers review your health history, symptoms, current medications, and appropriate laboratory testing to determine whether hormone therapy may be appropriate for you.

Biote® is a method of hormone therapy that uses subcutaneous hormone pellets. The small pellets are placed under the skin during an office procedure and are designed to release hormone gradually over time. Unlike a daily pill or cream, pellet therapy provides a continuous delivery of the prescribed hormone as the pellet dissolves.
Personalized evaluation— During a consultation, your provider will review your symptoms and medical history and may order laboratory testing to evaluate your hormone levels and other health markers.

At Health Valley Medical, Curcumin IV Therapy is offered as part of our integrative approach to wellness.
Curcumin IV is used for conditions associated with inflammation, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and even as adjunctive support in cancer care, but it should not be considered a replacement for conventional medical treatment or cancer therapy.
Your provider can help determine whether Curcumin IV Therapy is appropriate for you based on your health history, current medications, and individual needs.
